CONGRESS ONLINE RESERVATIONS

Welcome to the online reservation system TOMAS (Touristic Online Management System). Montreux-Vevey Tourisme is pleased to offer you the service, that enables you to book accommodations on-line, at special congress conditions, in Montreux-Vevey Riviera-Lavaux.

 

Your access to the congress data-basis is possible, using the password received from the organizer of the congress. Your credit card is used as a guarantee of reservation and must be valid during the entire length of your stay. Payment will be settled directly at the hotel. The rates are per room and per night, with breakfast, city tax and Value Added Tax (VAT) included.

Your written modification or cancellation of reservation must be sent to Montreux-Vevey Tourisme, at least 72 hours before arrival (contact). CHF 25.- handling fee will be charged for each modification or cancellation of reservation.
In case of no-show or late cancellation, the hotel may charge a cancellation fee to your credit card, up to one night.
